We start with a thorough assessment of your project goals, site conditions, budget parameters, and schedule requirements. This is not a sales call. It is a working engagement where we identify the real scope, the real constraints, and the real risks before any contract is signed.

Pre-Construction Planning

Constructability reviews, cost estimating, value engineering, permitting strategy, long-lead procurement planning, and site logistics, completed before construction begins so the field team has everything they need to execute without stopping to ask questions that should have been answered in the office.

Procurement

Competitive bid packages, documented bid leveling, prequalified subcontractor selection, and fully executed subcontracts with clear scope, schedule, and quality requirements, before the first shovel hits the ground.

Construction Execution

Full-time site supervision, daily construction logs, weekly owner reporting, active schedule management, quality control inspections, safety program oversight, and rapid RFI and submittal turnaround, every day from first mobilization to substantial completion.

Closeout & Commissioning

Punch list completion, systems commissioning, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, final lien releases, and certificate of occupancy, fully documented and delivered so you can operate your facility from day one without hunting for information you should have received at closeout.
